Cute things Ethan says
The other day he was sitting at the table, and I'd just given him some yogurt. He said very politely, "May I have a spoon please? Thank you, Mama."
Even better, the night before last I cooked soup with udon and tofu and egg and carrots. Ethan said several times, "Thank you for cooking this nice dinner, Mama! It's yummy!"
And we taught him to say "May I be excused?", which he thinks is a great game. After saying "May I be 'scused?" last night, he then said, "Can Teddy be 'scused too?" and then he laughed at his own wit.
