Finally back, Linna edition

As I said in Ethan's blog, we're finally back after being gone almost 4 weeks.

Linna is barely a baby anymore. Because she stands up and cruises now, and because her hair is now long enough to require a barrette... she looks more like a toddler than a baby.

She adds signs and words quickly now. She signs light, more, milk, eat, where, bird, and waves bye-bye. For a brief while she was saying "gat" instead of "da" for cat, but she reverted again. I heard her say "wager" for "water," and she definitely says "that" and "there," though it sounds more like "da" and "dea".

Various people watched her during my work week: Dad, Dad's friend Nancy, Mandy's mom, Julie. She was generally adorable for everyone, I'm sure. The last day of my work meetings, she joined us for the afternoon, and mostly played on the floor eating her peas and noodles. She also crawled over to both Roger and Bruce and pulled herself up using their legs. Not distracting at all.
